Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are adding one member more to their team’s roster.
Seven months after the Sinners actress and the Buffalo Bills quarterback tied the knot in May, they are expecting their first baby together, she shared Dec. 12.
Hailee posted a video of her growing baby bump on her Beau Society Substack, showing Josh kissing her bare belly during a snowy outing.
While reflecting on her 29th birthday, she wrote, "28 was wild, beautiful, humbling, and full of the kind of moments that sneak up and change you quietly. This year, I’ve been reminded of how precious life is."
Hailee’s pregnancy comes weeks after fans first speculated she was concealing a baby bump at the Governors Awards in Los Angeles Nov. 16. However, the Oscar winner expertly concealed any trace of a baby bump in a gray Stéphane Rolland Couture gown with a grand ruched midsection.
And the Pitch Perfect 2 actress had been up front with her and Josh’s plans to expand their family for months. In fact, the month before confirming her pregnancy, she revealed she and the NFL star “of course” had kids on their radar while detailing their newlywed life.
“That inner peace that you have, that rock, that solid, consistent part of your life is indescribable,” she gushed to Bustle in an interview published Nov. 4. “I literally thank God every day that I found my person, and it’s the greatest thing in the world. Life makes sense. Everything makes sense. I feel like I am stepping into the version that I’ve always dreamed of being, having so much to do with being with him.”
Indeed, Hailee didn’t know she was starving until she tasted life with the quarterback—and she has found herself adjusting her schedule to ensure she can commit as much time as she wants to family.
“It’s actually a blessing I try to organize my time so I can be where he is,” she explained to Variety in October. "This time of year, I get to hunker down, slow down, support him and live life.”
