Dr. Terry Dubrow Breaks Down Meaning of an “Ozempic Penis”

Dr. Terry Dubrow and Heather Dubrow explain one of the NSFW side effects related to men who take Ozempic or other semaglutide medications.

Dr. Terry Dubrow is breaking down one major side effect for some men taking semaglutide drugs like Ozempic.

And it’s set to make them feel a little more confident with their weight loss as well as in the bedroom.

“There’s a new Ozempic related disorder,” Terry told Heather Dubrow on the Nov. 24 episode of their Between Us podcast. “Ozempic penis, it is a thing.”

Before her husband broke down the condition, Heather took a guess at what exactly that is, positing, “I’m gonna say that it has trouble getting hard.”

However, the Botched star who has been married to Heather since 1999 went on to clarify exactly what “Ozempic Penis” is.

“No, so what happens when you gain a lot of weight to the exposure of the penis,” he explained. “It's kind of a buried penis syndrome. You hear the very, very obese men, they haven't seen their penis in a long time because the pubic area is so chunky, and the surrounding tissue overlaps.”

Heather quickly caught on, noting, “it looks bigger?”

Terry quickly confirmed his wife’s latest guess.

“Men, I want to inform you that Ozempic penis is a thing,” Terry said. “And it’s good.”

Heather who shares kids Nick and Max , 21, and Kat, 18, and Ace, 14, with the doctor quipped that men would be “rushing” to get the weight loss drug because of its benefits.

However, she wishes the side effects were different for women.

“Isn’t that so typical,” she retorted. “For women it sucks, and for men it’s a bonus. That is so typical. Wow. So, women on Ozempic get screwed and men on Ozempic get more show.”

Terry agreed quipping, “You're not more of a grower, but you're definitely more of a shower with Ozempic penis. So congratulations.”

Heather also is looking for the results in her husband, who has been taking the weight loss Mounjaro.

“I’m really haven’t been paying close attention, since you’re on Mounjaro,” she quipped. “I’m surprised you haven’t shown me.”

Terry and Heather haven’t been shy while discussing the side effects of the weight loss drugs. The couple learned that for women, there is no benefit. Indeed, Ozempic Vulva is the exact opposite.

"When you have less fat, you have less estrogen," Terry explained to E! News in October. "And when you have less estrogen, you maybe have less lubrication and more irritation and less volume and all sorts of things down there."

However, Heather was quick to note, "That's not my problem!"
